Meet our Founder

Lisa Glazier
Principal Consultant
Lisa Glazier brings more than 25 years of progressive experience in human resources, business operations, and strategic advisory services across diverse sectors, including retail, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, government contracting, and education. She specializes in strategic workforce planning—covering succession, expansion, and reduction—along with organizational effectiveness initiatives such as cultural transformation, change management, and employee engagement. Her expertise also encompasses leadership development, labor relations and negotiations, process improvement, and aligning people strategies with business outcomes.
Lisa began her career in learning and development, where she discovered her passion for supporting individuals in their career journeys. As a career coach and advisor, she has guided professionals at all stages—from recent graduates entering the workforce to executive and C-suite leaders, and those navigating career transitions or mid-career changes. Her dedication to teaching has also led her to serve as an adjunct professor, design vocational certification programs, and collaborate with colleges and universities on internships, mentorships, and experiential learning initiatives.
Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration on Human Resource Management from Louisiana State University. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds the SHRM-CP and PHR certifications.
Grounded in collaboration, innovation, and engagement, Lisa is passionate about helping individuals and organizations reach their fullest potential. Her approach combines strategic insight with practical applications to deliver sustainable impact for employees, leaders, and clients.
